Our delivery promise

We offer free 24h delivery on all UK orders (small orders of 1-5 stair rods, may take 2-5 days).  We aim to send orders made before 2pm the very same day for next day delivery. Orders of 5 or more stair rods are sent via tracked Parcelforce 24h delivery service, this ensures the quality of our service remains exceptional. Orders of less than 5 stair rods are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class service with a 2-5  day delivery.  Regional costs apply to some UK orders.

We offer delivery across the world, all of our parcels are sent through the Parcelforce network and we aim to keep the prices as low as possible offering the delivery service at cost all across the world.
