I received the replacement stair rod today.

Can I say, to often than not in this day and age businesses give poor service. I would like to commend you on what for me has been excellent customer service, and I would recommend you to anybody.

Thanks for been a pleasure to deal with and sorting the small issue promptly.

I wish you success
